Personal Geometry utilizes the body’s innate felt-sense understanding of the meanings of spatial relationships, bypassing psychological defense mechanisms and going straight to how we stand in relationship to anyone and anything – our “personal geometry.” This technique is rooted in the body, first, connecting to non-verbal intelligence and providing a way to create a visual representation of a client’s inner world and relational schemas.

Meet Ali Mezey
Working with thousands of bodies and in numerous renowned rehab centers in Los Angeles, my unique somatic approach accesses the unconscious body maps that drive our relationships, patterns, addictions and traumas – and productivity (or lack thereof).
No stranger to addiction and trauma myself, I’ve spent a lifetime becoming the healer and educator I wish I had found decades ago. My work aggregates a lifetime of learning, melding methods to develop a one-of-a-kind, highly-effective tool: Personal Geometry®
This method honors, and utilizes, what we each know as bodies – before and beyond language.
The body simply needs the method to show us all that it knows! Personal Geometry gives you that language resulting in overcoming:

Although I work with and train facilitators and organizations who specialize in any field, my specialities are sexual challenges as well as any addiction.
I currently split my time between Los Angeles, Scotland and France serving clients globally through travel and online meetings.
